Very easy to use. You are in control. Customer support first class for non-techy like me.
Bad Points
Two months usage and I haven't found any to date.
General Comments
I had several problems on my computer (mostly caused by spyware) that prevented the collection of e-mails at first but NetBops customer service helped me to resolve those. Within a couple of days Spam was down from 40-50 a day to one or two. Identifying these to the software with a click stopped a repeat. My productivity is now vastly increased. The 30-day free trial could be reduced to less than 7 for most people. It is so easy to pick-up and become of value.
