    inconsistant information and inablity to listen to customer requests


    General Comments

    The U.S. Bank are unwilling to close a loan after the loan was paid off and the required fees where paid. Four attemps later they are still refussing to close the account and continue to charge fees on a personal loan with a $0 balance.
