Good Points

Attractive packages. Mutual.

Bad Points

On-line application failed for no reasonable cause so wasted. Communications problems include endless prerecorded messages and more than half an hour waiting for answer. Phone lines down.

General Comments

I have a no problem, no complication status and I want a specified product from the Britannia Building Society but customer care though polite, is labyrinthine with different kinds of advisers, appointments and procedures which I'm sure seem ordinary to them but perplexes me. I'm searching for another product already and may find one before they get back to me!
