Good Points

The phone is light, small and very pretty.


Bad Points

Terrible reception, software errors and longwinded to use.


General Comments

I actually had two Siemens SL55s, both of which had to be returned due to faults. The first one switched itself off at random. The second one on a whim first erased all my text message memory and then my address book. Putting this together with the fact that the phone never had a full strength signal regardless of my location, and that the call quality was poor, in the end I ditched the phone for good.
It's worth saying that I bought the phone and moved to Vodafone from Orange due to a promotional deal. My bills have approximately doubled and Vodafone customer services are in no way as good as Orange - I'm moving back as soon as my contract ends!
