Very easy and straight forward to install and use.
Slows PC down at time (but at least PC works now!)
I was having huge problems with my PC closing down because of the Sasser Virus. After installing Norton Firewall 2004 all those problems have gone away, it automatically scans my PC on start up, and every couple of weeks automatically does a full system scan. It blocks all the annoying pop ups and adverts, and basically keeps my PC safe and secure. Excellent customer service, I did encounter one slight problem, but as part of the package I was offered on line support. I emailed my problem to their tech guys, and they replied with step by step easy to follow instructions to resolve the problem. the reply was within 10 hours.... An excellent buy.
