Bad Points

Poor reception, short battery life, routinely defective battery charger, extremely poor customer service from Motorola.


General Comments

Avoid the Motorola T720 phone at all costs. I have encountered numerous problems, as summarized above, and Motorola has refused to honor heir warranty obligations based upon a specious and inaccurate claim of "liquid damage," despite the statement of a Cingular technician (after visual inspection and testing) that no such damage was in any way evident. (The tech further informed me that Motorola appears to routinely deny warranty claims on this basis).
