good control panel - when it works


Bad Points

Down time - all the time
Staff are rude and foreign
No out of hours support
Slow upload speeds
Right now all my websites have been down for nearly 24 hours. All sites have been down for 40 hours this week.


General Comments

DO NOT USE OneAndOne. For all the glossy advertising and website the service is an absolute joke. Right now, all my websites have been down for nearly 24 hours. Once through to customer support the staff will rudely tell you that they cannot give any eta for repairs. All in all my sites have been down for at least 40 hours this week. When I signed up the space was unusable for 7 days due to an error in the control panel. This has been the most frustrating of all hosts I have ever used.
