They have zero concept of customer service. Staff are useless.
General Comments
Twice, OneAndOne have locked my account, supposedly because the card details I specified were wrong. On both occasions, the card details were correct and it has taken an awful lot of hassle to get my email/site working again. In fact, with the latest problem, it's been FOUR DAYS with nothing working and they still haven't been able to unlock my account. I'm currently trying to change to a different provider, but needless to say, they're dragging their feet on that too.
