The R320 had a lot of neat, functional features. Actually, it's the best mobile I have used yet.
Bad Points
Unfortunately, the software is a downpoint. The phone kept on switching off. Finally, in its 2nd week it switched off and never came back on. I had to return it. The dealer let me know that quite a number of people returned theirs too.
General Comments
The Ericsson R320 is a great mobile phone in terms of features. Ericsson certainly needs to do something about its software or whatever it is that knocks it off.
