Good Points

Good Value.
Rooms well presented plenty of space, air conditioning excellent.
Maid service excellent, clean towels, beds made every day.
Food good.
Ice creams very good for all, kids love it.
Weather very good (no clouds in sky for 2 weeks).


Bad Points

Could do with more bar staff during busy times of the evenings.
Snack bar room for improvement.


General Comments

The Sun Palace Hotel was well organised and arranged.
Swimming pools very clean, ideal for adults and children.
Plenty of sun beds for all.
Hotel shop very good sold every thing you need, sun cream, papers (by 11.30am),duty free, swimming pool toys.
Plenty to do during day and night for the adults and children.
The animations team were very good and friendly, during days they would do adults and kids games and during night would do a kids disco then different shows which were very entertaining, they work very hard to please all WELL DONE!
The hotel staff would do every thing to please from restaurant, bar, cleaning to managers.
Overall a very good holiday, very friendly environment adults and kids will have the time of there lives, kids always safe, well fed and good choice of drinks, best holiday so far by a long way
