I am seriously considering buying a ripley XL9 in full cammo do you think this would be a good idea? I'm this close to buying one. steep at £1500 but i think probably well worth it the other option is the theoben mk2 i have already have 3 rifles so am not a newby just can't decide. help!!!

The Ripley XL9 using sized Bisley Magnum pellets, is the most accurate air rifle I have shot in 15 years of air rifle shooting, including 10 years of field target shooting. I have owned and shot most of the top air rifles available to date.

I don't know how this became an expert review? Probably the most unhelpful review I have read on here. Does this guy actually own one of these rifles or did he just pick one up in a shop? It wasn't until I got my XL9 home and ran 1000 pellets through it that the actual quality of this rifle became apparent! If anyone intends to spend this amount of money on an air rifle then I suggest that you give it a thorough going over, and I mean thorough. After just two weeks I'm disappointed with mine to say the least.
