Good Points

Well-made, really good action scenes, better plot than original, better acting, better CGI.

Bad Points

A little cheesy (you're going to have to expect it from a comic book movie).

General Comments

Overall Spider-Man 2 is extremely good. Make sure to watch this in theatres when you can (because it is definitely worth it).
