Good Points

It's great fun! The engine is great and really wants to rev. The inside feels and looks good. The body styling is definately smarter than your average anything.


Bad Points

You need to be a rocket scientist to work the air-con. Passenger seat rattles. The gear change is not as smooth as it could be. The rear visibility is rubbish but then, who cares? I've had lots of niggly problems with the air-con - sometimes it decides it wants to blow cold, even when you put the temperature up to 26 degrees.


General Comments

My Alfa Romeo 147 2.0 Lusso 5dr is now just over two years old and It's done 33K miles, mainly because I enjoy driving it whether I'm going to the north of Scotland or to the local ASDA. I like the way it drives and I like the way it looks. I had some initial problems with the Alfa dealer who just didn't do what they said on the tin. I then went to a different Alfa dealer and had very few problems with them. I think the bad reputation is down to individual dealers rather than specifically Alfa dealers.
