Good Points
Generally good value for money; one stop shop for flights, accommodations, car hire etc.

Bad Points
Not come across any yet!

General Comments
This review will be brief. I've used Travel City on two occasions and have found their telephone staff very helpful (yes, there are occasional delays during busy periods), cabin crew were also very polite and helpful especially given the number of kids on the flight. I think the whole deal represents really good value and I would have no hesitation in recommending Travel City to family & friends.
