General Comments

Having researched on the net for a month or so, the Iiyama ProLite E431S came out on top of my wish list.
The monitor has a very fast response rate, connectors for audio and both DSub and DVI which was important.
After unpacking it, plugging it in was straight-forward and a clear stable image was presented on the screen. After installing the supplied drivers and using the supplied setup guide, I viewed a sample DVD and experienced no blurring or artefacts.
The setup menu (built into the monitor) is quite fiddly though, but once setup, you should not need to access this again.
So far I am very impressed with the quality and clarity. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably affordable 17" TFT.
