Good Points
Friendly staff, good food, clean rooms.

Bad Points
Rather distant from centre of resort.

General Comments
I Would definitely recommend the Bella Vista Hotel to others. The staff are superb; they are friendly, speak good English and nothing was too much trouble for them. They would set a good example to many British hotel staff. The food was generally very good, and plentiful, though it would have been nice to see a few more local dishes. Rooms are comfortably furnished, clean, and have safes and most importantly air conditioning. The only drawback to the hotel is the ten minute walk to the shops, bars and bus terminus.

Damon's review is largely true, but omits details re the lack of a late opening bar, problems re ordering room service, and the very small pool and poor gym facilities. I have no idea how this hotel managed to achieve a 4 star rating. If it were in the UK, I would rate it at the very most 3 star.
