General Comments

Made an appointment to speak to the manager over current financial status, in my local Lloyds TSB bank I was given a telephone, it took 20 minutes to speak to a human being, and I still did not manage to resolve anything, If you end up being passed to their collection services you are on your own! There is no communication between the dfferent services of the same bank, a sinple request took 3 weeks to be sorted. They also help themselves to money from your account and then charge you because they have made you overdrawn on your overdraft. I have not one good thing to say about Lloyds TSB.
