Good Points

The company has responded to my needs, quickly and with the best product for my needs.


Bad Points

Costs a little to much to set up this type of mortgage.


General Comments

The mortgage adviser at Abbey National was efficient, courteous and responded almost immediately to my phone calls. A matter I am sure that are not under her control was the £500 arrangement fee. My question is how can such a variation of prices be charges for a relatively similar cost for staff administration time and stationary costs? It is a little excessive as the interest we will be paying over the period of 18 years is making more than enough profit to cover this cost.
