Good Points

Good Points, Ha dont make me laugh the only good point was the hotel itself it looks great.


Bad Points

Everything. Food, Staff, Food, They serve tap water at the bars when it is labled mineral water. Need I go on?


General Comments

If you are from the UK don't go here for at least 2 years as this is the first season for English speaking guests and the hotel (Reef Oasis Beach Resort) is nowhere near ready for us. When We arrived the first thing we were told on the bus was do not drink the tap water as it has a very high mineral content and may cause illness, so only drink bottled water. when we arrived there were drinks dispensers serving orange, pineapple and water, after drinking this water for several days and my sister getting ill we were informed that it is merely filtered tap water, and not bottled water. And there is also the fact that if you wanted bottled water you have to PAY for it, is it me or when you go on an All inclusive holiday should this not be included? The food is only catered for the Italian guests and most of the time is under cooked, I got ill during the second week after eating shrimp and chicken which was not cooked properly. A lot of the staff are arrogant towards English guests and all the evening entertainment is in Italian. If the hotel is not ready for us why sell us the holidays, So if you are looking to go to Egypt just don't go to this hotel, you may regret spending the money, or take out the gold insurance as you will need it to pay the doctors bills.

    No Problem Mate, There is no way I would want anyone else to go through what happened to us. we are still sick even to this day. we have been diagnosed with 'Salmonella Typhi', which is the bug which causes Typhoid. If we had not have had our injections I dread to think what would have happened. We were not the only ones to get sick when we were there nearly all the UK guests got ill with similar symptoms, is it me or could there be something up with the Hotel? You Decide!!!!!!!!
