General Comments
I have had a MBNA card for a few years.
I rarely use it but when I did I paid my bill immediatly.
MBNA charged me £25 for non payment luckily for me I proved I paid my bill and they said sorry and they found my payment, however I continued to get threatening letters from MBNA after they found my payment and said sorry.
I kept telephoning them and after waiting several minutes on each occasion to speak to someone I had to go through the story each time and each time they admitted it was their fault and promised me they would put it right.
But still the threatening letters came.
I tried to use my card again and it was refused even though my account had a nil balance and I was promised on at least 3 occasions that they would sort it out.
I telephoned them again and they said sorry again.
I then got another even more threatening letter so I telephoned them again and demanded to speak to a supervisor but they said there was not one available and they would call me back.......They didn't I then called again and was told that all supervisors was in a 'meeting'
They was not interested as they knew they were wrong.
I will now cancel my card and IF YOU TAKE MY ADVICE USE A DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD OR YOU MAY REGRET IT.

I have a Abbey card run by MBNA and they are total waste of time,they have claimed 2 d.d. and each time after 3 days they claim they have been returned because the were no funds(totaly untrue).They have never phoned/written to me i have phoned them,but have constantly been lied to me, no funds,cant take funds from a business bank account yet they set the d.d.up.
If anyone has a problem with MBNA dont expect any help from them, the customer service staff assume all there customers are idiots,but this idiot will fight back untill i get it resolved.
