The Breville is my first bake machine and I was sceptical but it has produced excellent results. I have found that organic flour gives a slightly softer and less chewy texture to the loaves. The dough is also good and I have baked wonderful soft rolls. The bread keeps well and is very good for toast after a few days when the freshness goes away. I will never go back to shop bread! I use half the recommended amount of salt in the recipes with no loss of results. Finally, the fruit loaf was very well received by my children, although I added a lot more fruit than advised in the recipe.
