I've suffered with my Nokia HDW-2 for a year. If it had been cheaper I'd junk it for another. Bad clip design is uncomfortable and they break so easily. The power switch is ridiculously small. Both mentioned in other reviews. As for other controls they are not intuitive to quickly use when driving. No tactile feedback so you end up pressing hard to try and get a result which hurts the ear and end up disconnecting or something similar. The unit doesn't last long without charge. A couple of calls and it's drained but Bluetooth is hungry so maybe other brands are like this. I'm a Nokia phone fan, but definitely would buy a different headset with hindsight.
