General Comments

When my Prairie Falcon .22 Air Rifle came through the door i wasted no time setting it up. Firstly i noticed the silencer .. its pretty quiet but personally i feel it doesnt suit the gun, im looking out for an adapter to stick a logun silencer on it but i dont know if they are available, i should phone them up. I got 2 magazines with the gun which i was very happy with as i was only expecing the one. once i had my scopes zero'd i sat and fired about 30 shots all within 1/2 at 25yrds (when im out in the field i will zero them out to a longer range like 35). next day i went out with my gun and practised a lot of standing shot and found this gun extremly easy to fire in this position, (i only missed 1 due to the wind) and with a rest even more so, i had a large bag of rabbits (about 20) and still had a lot of air left, when i got home i pumped my gun up to 200 wiped it over and oiled it down put it away, next day i took it out of my case and dry fired it, all i heared was a pathetic "pfff" look at the gague and it was reading 10 bar, i couldnt belive it i pumped it back up to 200 bar and was totally knackered put my ear to the valve to find it hissing rather loudly. imediatly i phoned falcon and they aranged pickup and repaired it. When i recieved my gun back all was in perfect order only it was a bit dirty, so i decided to remove it from the stock and give it a damn good clean, and there i notice an enormous scratch. again, i immediatly phoned falcon up and they have said they will pick it up (which they did this morning) and will either fix the scratch or replace the gun. With all these problems ive been focusing on the bad points more than the good! but when this gun WAS in working order it was a very nice gun, a great improvment on their raptor's.
