General Comments

I bought this Sony Ericsson T630 mobile phone and was immediatley very impressed. The design is excellent and very small. I was amazed at the width as it is not nearly as wide as the pics. The screen is excellent and can be easily read even in bright sunlight or the dark and the keys have a nice backlighting which makes them easy to see in any light. Also the keys slant inwards a bit making them very easy to press without the need for spacing between them, an excellent feature. The camera is impressive for a phone and the reception is also very good. The menu's are very easy to navigate and is quick to get the hang of. The only negative point I have been able to find with this phone is that when you turn it on it occasionally freezes on the menu screen. However as this is only for about a second or two this really isn't a problem and makes almost no difference. The ringtones sound great and and are easily loud audible even in a large crowd in addition to which there is also a great vibrate function. It charges very quickly and the battery lasts for a fairly long time, around 3 days or so with a fair amount of use. The phone comes with Minigolf, V-Rally2 and Qxbert loaded as the standard games. Qxbert is awful but can be deleted while the other two are excellent and a lot of fun especially as the screen is so big and clear. The joystick also makes the entire packge better and I definetly prefer it to directional keys. The phone can store up to 500 phone numbers and has an excellent phonebook system allowing you to store different bits of information (e.g. several phone numbers) for the same contact without entering him or her twice which saves a lot of time. Altogether I think this is an excellent phone and would definetly recommend it. It's worth every penny!
