General Comments

I have been with Barclays for over 15 years. I have 3 business accounts. They used to be really good, but they are now awful. I used to have my mortgage, insurance, pension & savings with them, but I have moved them elsewhere because the service from Barclays is so incredibly bad. They have charged me interest, but I NEVER go overdrawn. They have paid direct debits incorrectly. I can never get to speak to anyone. They have changed me to different branches ...... I don't know now which branch I am registered at or who is my manager. DON'T BANK WITH BARCLAYS !!!

I have been with Barclays since starting my business 8 years ago. I have had some realy good business advisers that have been really helpful. I have never had a problem getting a loan or overdraft, and if I have had any problems they have usually been sorted out very quickly.
My Managers have changed, which is always sad when you have had a particularly good one. The only complaint I have ever had is for slowness of service in my local Barclays - they are still most helpful though.
