This is an Internet Explorer lookalike, with features that improve user-friendliness.
Bad Points
After 1 day of use, Ace Explorer's access to websites becomes unbearably slow and it tries to contact www.paypal.com through port 443. Obviously it wants you to pay for the software. There is no prior warning for this.
General Comments
The Ace Explorer Web Browser is a slim Internet Explorer lookalike with extra features. Ace Explorer is not free, contrary to what the Ace Explorer home page claims.
