Good Points

Nice colour!


Bad Points

Broke down after 8 months - took Hoover over a week to get an engineer out. Customer Service gave bad advice - changing the belts & filter
(Waste of £ 10!)


General Comments

Hoover Purepower 1500 1700W - I wish there had been reviews of this vacuum cleaner when we purchased it in October 2003 - because obviously we would have chosen another manufacturer! Hoover, today, were quite arrogant and dismissive in their Customer Services Dept.
