General Comments

St Baul's Bay, Gillieru Harbour Hotel - A very good priced hotel (4*). Part of it protrudes into the sea and nearly every room has a balcony or patio doors with a fabulous sea view and air conditioning which is a must during the hot summer nights.
This is in a quiet area, however, bustling Bugibba is only a ten minute (at the most) walk so you have the best of both worlds on your doorstep (there is also a bus stop outside hotel for those that cannot walk far). This was my first time in Malta and looking around this was by far the most impressive hotel. I will be going back to Malta and will definitely use this hotel every time. Rooms were cleaned every day (aprox 10am but they were happy to leave you if it was not convenient) and double checked by a supervisor. There is an all-night concierge who are very helpful & friendly. Finally, the food at the pizzeria is worth trying. I did not sample the seafood restaurant but it was always busy & very popular.
