Clean, good breakfast, excellent location, friendly staff.

Venice Lido, Hotel le Boulevard - Good quality hotel only 100 yards from main boat stop that takes 10/15 minutes to St Marks.
Good breakfast and friendly staff, nice surroundings in hotel and well-located for restaurants. Has its own section of beach with free umbrellas and sunbeds (book at hotel). Beach about 300/400 yards away.
