Did I mention the site is VERY slow?
I've been with the Virgin UK Mobile phone network for about 8 months now since the evil and bad T-Mobile decided to double the cost of my contract (and tell me it was a better deal!) So far no gripes. I hadn't bought anything from them besides airtime and a sim card, which I got in-store at Phones4U.
Having noticed on their website that they had a really great deal on phones until the end of June (£30 free calls if you buy online any phone over £59.99 with some phones already on sale anyway) I figured it was as good a time as any to get rid of my 3-year-old brick and get something a bit newer, smaller and lighter weight.
I ordered the new phone on Saturday afternoon, around 3pm or 4pm. I had the new phone in my hands, delivered via courier, free of charge by 2pm on Sunday. Wow!
While the website can be agonizingly slow, all my dealings with Virgin Mobile both on the phone and via the website have always been friendly and efficient and my only real gripe with the service is they piggyback T-Mobile thereby giving those naughty folk money I'd rather they didn't have.
