Good Points
I have absolutely nothing good to say about this website.

Bad Points
Nothing works. I can't even download from WAP site because ID and password is not recognised.

General Comments
Not once has my visit to the Samsung Fun Club been worth while. It is always a complete waste of my time. I bought the Samsung phone because of the excellent after service and bonus accessories that they are suppose to get from this site, but I seriously regret it, and would discourage anyone from doing so. I have tried numerous times to download software like image editor and it always takes me no less than an hour, and I always end up with a corrupted or empty file. The WAP service does not work at all, it does not even allow me to log in because my ID and password is always invalid. I have honestly never been so disappointed and frustrated by any online related service. I sincerely hope all these bad reviews drive them to action to improve on these matters.
