Woodwork poor it soaked in rain water like a sponge then dried out with white marks in the grain of the stock (BSA were not interested they had my cash and had to dash).
I wish i had known about the possibility of water damage on my BSA Superten Mk1 as i would have treated the stock before taking it hunting. BSA said the rifle was not made to be used outdoors? Does anyone know how to beef it up? many thanks SEB.
