The music video for Freeek was a glitzy, flashy piece of work that made good use of stunning visual images.
Bad Points
The song is more a statement of one man's opinion on human nature than a statement on how society is changing. Although everyone is entitled to their views, George seems to think that we are slaves to our own human nature and expresses this in a manner which is nothing short of sexually explicit!
General Comments
Some of the images, while really cool (I like the women on leashes) are sexually explicit (I wouldn't want scenes of naked/semi naked people getting it on in a music video no matter WHO is singing it!). The lyrics reflect the aspirations of a small element of society that is better left unpromoted in the media (ie the sexually promiscuous) - they are seen in lyrics like "I'll be your one f*** fantasy) - do we REALLY need stuff like that, people?
I think George is a GREAT performer - he's a great singer, he (always) looks AMAZING (excuse the pun), and he can write some wonderful stuff. In spite of its catchiness however, I think George could have applied the melody and the video to something better.
