Good Points

It works sometimes


Bad Points

Poor battery life/management. Slow to respond when you push buttons. Unreliable. Screen blanks out. Sometimes doesn't charge. Randomly turns off.


General Comments

First, I think it is very interesting that all the negative reviews on this site score negative on 'respect.'Is Motorola the only one that takes the time to rate these things?

I've had my Motorola T720 mobile phone for 1.5 years and have had the same troubles as reported here and elsewhere. I decided not to return my phone while it was under warrantee for fear that I would get an even worse phone in the exchange. Now that my warantee has expired, my phone has gotten even worse.

On the positive side, I hear there is a software upgrade that will solve a lot of these problems. Check with your service provider for the upgrade.
