Good Points

There are very few good points to be said about the hotel and indeed the weather! Cleaning of rooms everyday was of a good standard but so it should be, it's supposed to be a 5* hotel!


Bad Points

Don't go to this hotel if you are English - you can't communicate with anybody, even the reps of Med hotels are Tunisian! The food is poor, and very repetitive. If you have children, don't go under the impression of there being children's clubs because they're in Italian too, along with the entertainment!


General Comments

Yasmine Beach Hotel:
This has quite honestly been the worst holiday I have ever been on and the fact that you go on a misapprehension of the 5* rating, it was quite appalling. The fact that the weather was not good didn't help, however there was little to be satisfied with if English! there were very few things included, especially the alcohol, and food which was bland and repetitive. food is supposed to be served all day however, we took some food from a trolley at 3.52 which had a French sign informing us that it was not open until 4 and the manageress tried to charge us! Pathetic service altogether!!!

    Very true but from experience, it only scratches the surface of the problems.
