Good Points

Very informative, a good, interesting, clear book. Very self explanatory. Tells you what to expect clearly, the bad and the good.


Bad Points

It does not confirm whether fruit teas are acceptable. I avoided them to tbe on the safe side. I did lack energy slightly and suffered more headaches than I am used to.


General Comments

Charles Clark, The New High Protein Diet: How to Lose Fat the Quicker, safer, Easier Way - And Never Go Hungry - I didn't realise that carbs are so addictive! But, after the first couple of days I really got into the swing of it, and I don't eat meat! I didn't follow many of the meal suggestions for that reason, preferring to do my own stir frys with quorn or tofu, salads, omelettes and making my own soups. I did not struggle at all and ejoyed it immensely. It was only an experiment/challenge for me for 1 month. But my my skin improved and I enjoyed the benefits far more than the negatives and I continue to eat healthier fresh food produce more than the pre-packed convenience food that I used to survive on. And I look even better in a bikini!! What more could one ask for!
