General Comments

We have recently experienced a problem with our seat cushions on one of our Marks & Spencer, Abbey sofas (leather). After just 8-9 months the corners of the foam have turned hard - this gives a lumpy look to the corners of the cushions. M&S cust services have had one of the cushions collected (the worst one) and sent away for testing (which took THREE weeks and we weren't given a temporary replacement cushion). The cushion was returned after 3 weeks in exactly the same condition and they say there is nothing wrong with the foam. Apparently if it has passed their testing it would be good enough to put into a new sofa and sent out to a customer?!!! If I had received the sofa in this state I would have rejected it immediately. VERY UNHAPPY with their customer service and have no confidence to buy furtiture from them in the future - they have lost a very good customer, and I am still outraged having paid around 3000 for two sofas that appear less than perfect after just 8-9 months.
