Good Points

Very fast, looks good, reliable, combines balance, speed and performance into one.


Bad Points

Tacky interior, long distance drive uncomfortably.


General Comments

I've had my 2001 Honda Integra Type R for almost 3 months now and I enjoy driving every minute of it. The car handles great and you can actually feel the road surface completely. ITR can also grip corners unlike any other front-wheel drive cars that I've driven.

ITR possess two personalities while driving on the street and with traffic and on the highway. Once V-Tech is engaged, the car accelerates with lightning speed that will simply take off on most of the ordinary sport cars tailing behind you.

ITR is truly race-inspired and are not for those that prefer comfort over performance. Type R has a personality of its own. If you are buying this car for everyday commuting to work or school, I would ask you to reconsider, but for fast cruising on the highway and earning respect for driving a race car, then this is the car for you.
