General Comments

I bought this Matsui DTR 1 DVB Set top box from my local currys for £47.50, in the box i found:
Scart Lead
RF Lead
STB
Remote Control
Batteries
User Guide
When i got it home it found all of the channels in about 30 seconds and the signal level was amazing. The interactive services are very fast, and the LCD screen is very useful, when the unit is in standby the time is displayed and when it is in use the channel number is displayed.
Overall a great box for the price.

    against

    only five programmable channels, the maual shows six) my old (over 2 years) grundig has 9 programmable channels and my new liteon dvd/hd recorder has no less than 16.

    this is the only complaints so far, and it does reduce forward planning of programmes.

    I have the matsui freeview which I am happy with but I threw out the instruction book and can't find a spare copy anywhere. I need to know about taping from my video recorder. I can only tape one chanel from freeview if I stay on AV. In other words I cannot tape on freeview channel and watch another. Can you help or let me have a instruction book. My email address is.
