Very Polite
Kept waiting a long time.
After being told endlessly on the phone by an assistant at Car Credit UK Walsall branch of how good she was at her job she took my details and told me that she wouldn't ask me to visit them until she thought that she could help me. I was giving a provisional approval number and asked to ring back in two hours. When I did I was given the impression that they had sourced me finance (Quote: "we wont waste your time bringing you down here if we cant help") and arranged a time to visit. Now I live two hours away in Lincoln and I drove down there with my family having the impression I would be driving home in a new car. We picked a car we liked then kept waiting for a long time only to be told they were not able to help. I was very angry at this as I wouldn't have made the journey if I wasn't told that the finance was approved. So after losing 8 hrs of work & petrol money I have nothing to show for it. Very fed up.
