Reverse feature
10/20 % pitch
Excellent platter response
Amazing for the price
As with any turntable you MUST take the time to set them up correctly to get the most from them.
The build quality of the Citronic PD-2s Turntable is excellent and of all the turntables I've used these have been the most sturdy. The reverse feature has given me many opportunities to add a little extra to my mixes which is why i still use a pd-2s along side my technics 1210 mk3's. The response from the platter is the best for the price and to be fair is pretty much as good as the quality of technics.
As with any turntable you MUST take the time to set them up correctly to get the most from them. A friend of mine bought a pair of these, set them up and moaned about them from the start. I went round to his place felt the balance of the tone arm and realised why. We took the time to set them up and now he loves them.
One recomendation I would make is to ditch the stanton 505 carts if your serious about mixing with these decks. The stanton carts are good to learn with (thats where i started) but you can't do much with these other than que up beats etc.
Even my technics came with 505's so remember the cartridges shipped with the table won't always complement them, save up and get some orfoton pro carts when you are ready for the next step.
