Bad Points
No free technical support; compatability issues eg with ADF on HP printer/scanners.
General Comments
Omnipage 14 Office has had compatability issues with such strange things as the automatic document feeder on HP scanners/printers and the classic Start Menu in Windows XP and all desktop backgrounds other than the Windows XP logo. The update utility is also not guaranteed to work. ScanSoft does not offer any free technical help and the users group has failed to find solutions.
