Excellent grip on road and racetrack.
Low noise.

Very slight tramlining at freeway speeds.
General Comments
Just to give you an idea of how good the Avon ZV1 tyres are, they are fitted as standard equipment on the Caterham Seven (you know - that tiny English sports car that spanks other sports cars that cost twice as much :) ). I had them fitted to my Seven and I thought they were excellent. Very grippy. Less grip in the wet - especially on a slick road surface, but I put that down to the Seven's lack of weight. Very forgiving - gives you plenty of warning that you are about to loose it if you don't back off. I'd buy these tyres again if they were easy to get over here. As for the first reviewer - I can only guess that he had the tyre pressure wrong or is suspension was set up wrong or something. His review just does not make sense.
