Good Points

Well-mannered polite assistant who made the whole process very easy for me.

General Comments

My wife signed up for a contract with O2 back in May and she did so in the Dumfries shop. The guy we spoke to was very helpful, explained everything to her and she feels she has got a good deal.

I wanted the same, so whilst visiting Kendal last week I visited the newly opened shop to get a similar contract. The assistant who signed me up was very helpful. He explained everything to me very clearly, and made the whole process very easy. I now have an excellent mobile phone on a good value contract, and, of course, how can I forget I am getting double minutes and texts for six months.

O2 come in for a lot of stick on this site, but I have been a pay-as-you-go customer with them for 3 years and am now just starting a contract, and have never had a problem with them. Also, their call-centre staff have been very helpful in the past and only recently have things become a bit difficult due to them taking details of your problem and then someone ringing you back later. But then again I had my problem sorted very quickly.
