Very nice texture
a little chewy
At 5 grams a slice, Price Chopper Low-Carb Whole Grain Bread is by far the best low carb bread I have tasted. There is a 3-gram, but far less complex, and the slice is thinner. I recommend this bread highly, though very hard to find. For example, I live in NYC and there are no Price Choppers until Poughkeepsie, which is far away. So when I go there, I buy 6 or 7 loaves and freeze them. By the way, it's $2.29 a loaf, as compared to all the others, this is a very very good price.
