General Comments

Wallis - I am a 30-year young fashion conscious woman. It is becoming increasingly hard to find young and trendy / glamorous items of clothing on the high street. The only shop that I go to regularly is Evans. Why oh why does Wallis not cater for us big and beautiful women?? We like to dress well!!! Don't we girls??? I really love the items that Wallis sell. Gorgeous, feminine items, which would look great on me if they went up to my size!! Why don't they?? Where does the priority lie? Am I not right in saying that the majority of women in the UK are over a size 18??? Of course I would love to be a skinny size 12, but the fact remains 'I'm not' . Does this mean that I have to be punished?? Please try and cater for all shapes and sizes. Just because I'm a size 24 does not mean I'm past it Please please start a range over a size 20!!!

Oh how I agree....It really is about time that high street store realise the us bigger girls, like to look good too. I know wallis goes upto a size 20 on certain lines, but not all.

Whereas Monsoon have raised their limit to a size 22, & subsequently have increased their sales levels beyond expected, as we bigger girls, are so damn grateful to be able to buy fashionable, attractive clothes in good quality fabrics we will happily pay the higher prices that premium store charge.

So come on store owners, realise that not all big birds want to dress in crimpoline, & or tat.
The only real stores we have to chose from at the moment are Ann Harveys (which stear towards the more formal & older age bracket) or Evans, who, whilst doing a great service don`t always have the range of quality & or fabric selection that others COULD offer.
PLEASE REMEMBER BIG BIRDS WILL SPEND THEIR MONEY FOR FASHIONABLE CLOTHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I worked for Wallis design department as a work experience student for 6 months, they do have plans to introduce a new range for bigger women. I'm not sure when they are going to introduce it into stores, but it's in planning! Hope you will like it.
