Friendly helpful staff willing to go out of their way to help you.
General Comments
I visited the Widnes Focus DIY in merseyside and was greated by a young lady on the checkouts who was extremely friendly and courtious. I was buying some garden furniture and she was not only very helpful in getting a member of staff to get the furniture for me she was polite and well mannered. I was very pleased with the service I received and would like to let Focus know she is a credit to the store.
