Santa Ponsa, Rey Don Jaime Hotel - I have just returned from this hotel after a two week break (ending 1 June) after reading about it on previous web sites. I was not disappointed. The Hotel is very clean, the staff extremely friendly and there is a wide variety to choose from the evening meal menus, although this is based on buffet style. The quality is ok but you must remember they are catering for over 400 people. For entertainment they had a very able staff of 3 when we arrived but this reduced to just the one, who had to handle all the day time (kids and adults) entertainment as well as the night time too. I couldn't find out why this happened. One person who is obviously well trained in Customer Service Management is the Manager, Natalia whom you cannot miss and is extremely vibrant. Yes, a splendid hotel with very few minuses (if at all) so much so that I shall be coming back next year.
