I can't really think of any bad points.
General Comments
Weight Watchers Pure Points - I could have what I fancied as long as I kept within my alloted number of points for the day. You could also earn bonus points throughout the day, which I found made me more active. I found myself shopping and thinking about what I bought rather than just buying it.
I was 13st 8lb when I started the diet, I know weigh 10st 11lb, my target is 9st 7lb!! But honestly I have tried Slim Fast, Figure 8 tablets, Calorie Counting, Atkins, this is the only diet I found to be flexible enough to suit my eating habits, also allowing me to eat what I liked to eat.
If you have weight to lose then give it a go.
