Good Points

It worked OK for a few months


Bad Points

Cannot play dvds, ignores dvd, skips chapters, pixelates the screen, will suddenly restart the dvd in the middle or end of a movie, almost 100% unreliable


General Comments

I bought a whole sony set up for dvd and surround sound to ensure it would work together fine with one remote. it didn't. Then the Sony DVP S560D dvd player began to skip chapters, restart dvds in the middle of a movie, couldn't identify a dvd was in the tray, produced error code 13, a number of other items. Sony said tough luck because it has a warranty, of course they were absolutely no help when it was in warranty. this is the worst sony product ever made on the planet earth. i will be glad to drop this off the top of my apartment building tomorrow. i promise to post the video of this event.
